Benefits

• Competitive salary, dependent on experience and a clean drivers’ license we pay anywhere from $12 – $40 per hour, lots of overtime available (required)

Requirements:

• Reliability of attendance and Punctuality
• Reliable means of transportation or a reliable way to get to work (very important)
• Should possess attention to detail and have pride in your work
• Must be a team player
• Physically capable to lift 50lbs or more
• Physically and mentally capable to work on roofs and high places (no fear of heights)
• Availability of 6 days/week and/or 50+ hrs/week (sometimes 70, 80 or even 90 hours)
• Must be able to work full time between September to February

Positions Available (hiring begins in mid-August):

• Groundsperson (not a driver) must use a ladder (up to 24’) while installing lights on trees, bushes, monument signs & buildings taking direction from the crew leader ($12 – $16 per hour).
• Driver/Crew Leader – must have a clean driver’s license, ability to lead the grounds crew while installing lights on trees, bushes, monument signs & buildings ($13 – $18).
• Bucket Truck Operator/Crew Leader – must have a clean driver’s license, ability to direct the ground crew while wrapping trees and buildings with strings of lights.  Our buckets reach up to 58’ ($15 – $25).
• Operations Supervisors – will assist the Operations Managers in all managerial duties, must have a clean driver’s license, must have the ability to direct and manage the fleet of trucks/drivers getting out in the mornings and getting in at end of day.  Must also be a Crew Leader in the field managing and working alongside of the designated crew at hand.  Must know all aspects of installing lights & decorations ($25 – $50)
• Office Assistants – will assist the Office Manager and/or the Operations Manager in the administrative functions of all operations, including, but not limited to billing, inventory, A/P, A/R, fleet maintenance, employee hiring and maintenance, maintaining spreadsheets, etc. ($15 – $25)
• Operations Manager – warehouse/office – will work directly with the field operations manager and the owner.  Must be a fast learner and have a great work ethic.  Must learn all aspects of the business in a very short time period and must be willing to put in as many hours as it takes to get the job done correctly.  This position will require very long hours during the peak installation/takedown season. (salaried position between $50k – $90k per year)
